Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, Impresa Porta, in the person of the legal representative Porta Claudio, via Sesdro 28, Malesco (VB), in its capacity as the Controller of personal data, informs Users who use this website about the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data that will be collected, the scope of communication and dissemination of the same, the nature of its assignment and the consequences of any refusal to respond.

Data processing connected to the navigation of this site has the aim to enable consultation of the contents and to facilitate access to any services provided. The User’s personal data will be processed by the Data Controller only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above; at the end of this short period it will be stored only in compliance with the legal obligations in force in this field, for administrative purposes and/or to assert or defend one’s own right, in the case of judicial and pre-litigation disputes.
